The stroke of each axis of x.y.z is digitally adjusted by the manual controller, and the fixture is used to calibrate the mold. Each kind of production mold only needs to be calibrated once, and the next mold loading is completely free of setting, which can be directly corresponding to the module, greatly improving the operation efficiency and safety of personnel.
There are 12 reserved outputs and 14 reserved inputs, which can be connected with various peripheral devices to plan various effective system automation projects.
Take out the finished product:
1) It can be taken out humanely to carry out more difficult taking out actions, such as double inverted hook, curve and continuous path.

Arrange stack:
It can take out and place nine kinds of finished products (arrange and stack) and any finished product with 100 points.
Embedded function:
It can plan nine kinds of objects with different shapes for in mold embedding.
External secondary operation system:
Such as conveyor belt, packing box, cutting device, electronic scale, automatic storage, vibration feeding system.
Diversified quality control functions:
1) Defective product selection: when receiving the defective product signal from the ejector, it can be set to take out the defective product and place it in the designated area.
2) Sampling inspection: the finished products can be placed in the area to be inspected in the procedure (e.g. 1 mold for 100 mold sampling)
3) External measuring product detector: if it is equipped with a precision electronic scale, the finished product can be taken out and put on the measuring device first, and the weight value of the finished product of each mold can be output to identify the good product or the bad product. If it is a bad product, it can be put in the bad product area.
4) Counting function: the finished product count is set in the production quantity set in the standard, and any defective products will not be included in the finished product count.
